Ask about the deposit, the minimum stay, and whether bills are included. A slightly higher all-in rent can be cheaper — and calmer — than a low headline price plus variable bills.
Enquire directly
When something looks right, message the host directly on WhatsApp to ask about the household, house rules and move-in. No booking or payment happens on the site.
